P1 – 12 – Thrusters – 95/65 – 12 Burpees
P2 – 15 – KB – SDHP – 24/16K – 15 Box Jump over
P3 – 500m row
P4 – rests
Time is called when all 4 teammates have completed each movement 4 times. Person resting moves to position 1 and so on. You may only switch when everyone has completed their station.
