CrossFit Kids


Strength – Work up to 60% of 1 rep max Clean and Jerk and then 5 reps EMOTM for 10 minutes.


Partner “FRAN”

100 – Thrusters – 95/65#

100 – Pull-up’s

Reps may be split however you like (one person working at a time).  One bar will be used unless it is a mixed gender team, scaled weight is necessary, or a team of 3.  Team of 3 will do 150 reps of each movement, but 2 people can work at a time.
