Partner WOD- 3 Rounds for Time

Alternate for EVERY rep!

40- Alternating PGTOH- 45/35# (May use 2 plates)

50- Alternating Box Jumps- 24/20″ (Only one set of boxes per team)

60- Alternating Supermans

At the top of every 2 minutes you must stop what you are doing and complete 6 partner plank burpees (3 each), then resume where you left off. Partner plank burpee= One person is holding plank on elbows while other is doing a burpee then jumping over the partner holding plank.
