Specific W/U – Stone work – 10 minutes to find max stone to shoulder weight at the end of the ten minutes use a lighter stone 

that is still challenging and do 3 sets of 10 (5 per side) ground to shoulder…rest for 1 minute between sets


100 Wall Balls for time – 20/14″ – 10/9′

At the top of every minute 10 push-ups

when your last wall ball is completed

15 pull-ups before calling time
