General W/U

Specific W/U – 10 minutes jump rope – 1 minute on 30 seconds off – singles/DU/backward…etc.


8 x 200m – Max Effort with 1 minute rest between runs + 25 burpees after final 200m run

Score is total time to complete 8 runs +25 Burpees on final run 

If you are able to immediately run again…don’t…. wait exactly 1 minute

between maximum effort 200 meter runs.
