22 min AMRAP

12 Sit-ups (Partner 1)

12 KB SDHP – 24/16k – (Partner 2)

12 Jumping Squats (Partner 1)

12 Burpees (Partner 2)

200 m Run (Partner 1)

 

After Partner 1 finishes his/her 200m run, partner 2 will begin his/her sit ups and the partners will be doing what the other one did before. Partners keep rotating like this for 20 minutes.  You can start your run during the burpees.
