Strength:  Snatch Complex- Hang, full, OHS  every 2 minutes for 8 rounds

Work on form, increase in weight only if form allows.

1000 meter row buy in, then

3-6-9-12-15 for time

OHS – (115/85)

SDHP – (115/85)

(20 minute time cap)
