General W/U

Specific W/U – 1 round half speed of FGB – 30 seconds per station


Fight Gone Bad  – 3 rounds for reps

  1.  Wall Ball: 20/14 pound ball, 10/9  ft target. (Reps)
  2.  SDLHP: 75/55 pounds (Reps)
  3.  Box Jump: 24/20″ box (Reps)
  4.  Push Press: 75/55 pounds (Reps)
  5.  Row: calories (Cal)

1 minute break before repeating for 3 or 5 rounds

Pair up so one can work while the other counts – A few people had expressed an interest in doing 

the championship bout which is 5 rounds…time and space permitting you can do so if you choose
