General W/U

Specific W/U – 3 rounds – 5 kips – 5 push-ups from the knees- 5 air squats

WOD

‘Cindy’

20 min AMRAP

5 – Pull-up

10 – Push-up

15 – Air Squat

No bands for pull-ups – jumping pull-ups only

Coaches get everyone around the rig to make sure there is space.  If not, run two heats.
