General warm-up

Specific warm-up – PVC push press and back squat/Jump rope single variations for 3 -5 minutes


16 min EMOM

Odd minute – 4 push press and 6 back squat 135/95#

Even minute double unders

score is total number of double unders.  If you do not finish the weighted component in the minute you will continue until done, leaving less time for double unders.
