Strength – Squat Snatch – work up to a moderately heavy 5 rep and then complete 5 x 5


3 rounds for time of:

20 – 45/35# barbell Turkish get-ups (break them up with either arm however you like)

400 meter run

*Bonus* 4 rounds

Time Cap 25 min

Sub – DB or KB if needed
