WOD…July 8th…Couplets!

WU – 3 rounds – row sprints – 200m row 1 minute rest.  If more people than rower’s pair the faster rowers together.  Their 200m sprint should take less than a minute which will allow partners.

10 rounds for time of:

5 – pull-ups

5 – push-ups

rest

5 rounds for time of:

10 – Abmat sit-up

10 – Superman

rest

2 rounds for time of:

25 – wall-ball 20/14#

25 – box jumps, 24/20”

You choose rest between couplets.  Score is total time to complete all 3 couplets including rest time.
