Skill 1 – 5×5 ring levers – 45 seconds rest between sets – Lever starts with feet and arms straight (toes pointed to the ceiling) – Lower your legs as slowly as you can with your core engaged

Skill 2 – 5×5 wall walks – 45 seconds rest between sets

Run 200 – 40 Air Squats
Run to the 400 – 40 Push-up
Run to the 800 – 40 Jumping Jacks
Run to the 1600 – 40 Jumping Lunges
Run to the 800 – 40 Jumping Jacks
Run to the 400 – 40 Push-up
Run to the 200 – 40 Air Squats
Sprint it in!
