30 min AMRAP
Teams of 2 complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:
400 meter run
30 KB Swings
20 Lateral Jumps – 20/24” – over and back = 1
1 person working at a time – Partner 1 runs 400m – Partner 2 completes swings – Partner 1 jumps – Partner 2 runs etc.
