Skill/WU – 3 rNft – 200 m run – 10 T2R (strict if you have them) – 35 DU or work on DU for 90 sec

4 minutes – KB Swings – 24/16k

30 second transition

4 minutes – burpees

30 second transition

4 minutes – Abmat sit-up
