Strength/Skill – 4 sets of: Romanian Deadlift x 6 reps – RD is the same as deadlift with soft knees/stiff legs/flat back (lighter weight is used.  These should be done with a rapid but under control ascension and 4 count dissention – Rest 30 seconds – 60 second nose to wall handstand hold – sub pike hold on boxes – Rest 30 seconds
