WOD…June 22nd…Partner Med Ball

15 Min AMRAP w/Partner

50- Med ball squat pass (5 burpee penalty each if ball isn’t caught. 1 grace drop)

50- Med ball sit-ups

50- Med ball clean

50- Med ball sit-ups

50- Med Ball OH Walking lunge

Each set is 50 reps per team total (not individual). On med ball cleans and OH walking lunge only one person working at a time, split up the reps as you choose.
