CrossFit Kids

Strength – EMOTM – alternate every minute for 14 minutes.  Minute one 7 x power snatch.  Minute two 7 x Squat Snatch.  Choose a weight that is challenging.  Should be ~60% of 1 rep max.

30 – Push press – 95/55#

50 – DU – 150 singles

20 – Push Press – 115/75#

75 – DU – 175 singles

10 – Push Press – 135/95#

100 – DU – 200 singles

20 min cap
