1st person does 20 sand bag cleans while
2nd person is doing box jumps – 20/24″
Swith…Then
1st person does sand bag lunge 4 lengths of the gym while
2nd person is doing situps
Switch….Then….Done!!!
Score is total reps of both participants for the AS, Box Jumps, and Sit-ups.
