Strength – every 3 min 5 complexes of: 5 – Power Clean – 5 Front Squat – 5 Thrusters – no dropping/letting go of the bar until all 15 reps are completed – keep weight light during the 5 sets

WOD

AMRAP in 3 min:

3 – Power Snatch – 95/65#

6 – Burpees

9 – Sit-up
