In teams of 2 or 3 complete the following stations 3 minutes on 1 minute between stations:
Station 1 – Atlas stone ground to shoulder (heaviest possible) – Alternate
Station 2 – Slam Ball (heaviest possible) – Alternate
Station 3 – PVC lateral jump – 12/16″ – both can be working
Station 4 – Med ball squat pass – 8′ between participants – rainbow pass
Station 5 – KB Push-up – Alternating
