WOD…June 2nd…Snatch!

CrossFit Kids

Strength – Back Squat – 20 min to find new 1 rep max.  Complete at least 3 progressively heavier lifts before attempting max lifts.  On your max attempts please use 2 spotters; 1 on either side of the bar.  Coaches will go over proper spotting technique.  Add PR to our new board.


15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:

Power snatch – 95/65#

Wall ball – 20/14

Run 200 meters after each round of wall ball

*Bonus* 115/85#
