WOD…June 8th…Partner!

Team of 4 Plate run – 200 meters 25/35#
4 people per team
2 people running at all times – 1 person holding a plate over head the whole time while the other works through the following – Switch as needed
100 – Box Jumps
150 – Burpees
200 – Goblet Squats
250 – Killer Rope
All 4 will run a final plate 200m plate run before calling time.
