10 – Push Press – 115/75#
10 – Bar Facing Burpee
10 – Front Squat – 115/75#
20 – Ab mat sit up
And the end of 4 min you will rest 1 min and then pick – up where you left off. Keep track of total rounds and reps for all 3 rounds.
