Team Congo Line – Teams of 3

 (A) For Time:

Row 1000m

50 – Thrusters – 35/45#

30 – Pull-up

Immediately followed by…

 (B) For time:

Row 1000m

25 – Thrusters 95/65#

15 – C2B Pull-up

Team member 1 begins, and as soon as they have completed the row, Team member 2 can begin, and when they complete the row Team member 3 can begin.  Each person can only advance to the next station once the person ahead of them completes their station.  Team member 1 can begin workout B once Team member 3 completes their row and moves on to Thrusters.  This can also be done with only 2 team mates with a 5 minute break between the completion of work out A and the beginning of workout B.
