3 Rounds for total time; each person to complete the following:

Row 250m

Row 500m

Row 750m

For example: partner 1 rows 250m and then partner 2 rows 250m while partner 1 rests.  Repeat for 500 and 750m and then begin round 2 at 250m, etc…
