WOD…March 17th…5 Rounds!

CrossFit Kids

Strength – Box Squat – 3 warm-up sets followed by 5-5-5-5-5.  Increase weight and note final set of 5.  Focus on glute activation, speed out of the hole, and coming straight up off the box.

10 – Back Squat – 135/95#

20 – KB Swing – 24/16K

30 – Mountain Climbers (each knee to elbow is 1)
