20 Burpees
200 – DU – Static position (bottom of the squat)
20 – Burpees
120 – One arm alternating KB swing (swing left/right = 1) – Static position (elbow plank)
20 – Burpees
100 – Russian Twist (25/35#) – Static position (plate overhead hold – 25/35#)
20 – Burpees
Burpees are completed as a team. All other work will be divided evenly between teammates with a twist. 2 people at a time will work through their portion of the movement; while they are working the other 2 team members will be in a fixed static position. If the static position is lost the work stops. You will switch places once half of the work is completed.
