Complete the following for time:

100 – KB Burpees – 16/12k – Alternate until completed

75 – PGTOH – 45/35# – Alternate until completed – hand off at the top of the movement

50 – KB Row – 16/12k – each person will complete 25 per arm with their KB used for their burpees

3:00 – Elbow Plank – each person will accumulate 3:00 of plank before calling time for the team
