Skill/WU – 3 rNfT – 5 HSPU (strict and SAP) – mod to pike on a box or K2HS slow descent – 5-10 strict pull-up – mod to any band (if banded max 5) – 10 T2R – Mod to K2E or knee up with a 2 count pause.

1 min calorie row

1 min rope climb

1 min KB swing 24/16K

1 min rest

Repeat sequence for 4 rounds; keeping a continuous rep count.  Score is total calories and reps at the end of 4 rounds.
