Strength – 20 min to find 1 rep max squat clean
Every 2 min for 12 min complete the following AHAP
5 – Hang Power Clean
50 – DU
If you do not have DU you will attempt them with remaining time. Regardless everyone will stop with 30 seconds left in the round before beginning the next set…Score = total rounds successfully completed and weight used
