3 person team – 22 min AMRAP

A: 400m Run

B: 10 jumping alternating lunges (L/R = 1) – 8 Slam Balls – 6 Box Jump

1 athlete runs while the other 2 alternate as needed on the AMRAP, when athlete 1 comes back from the run the next person leaves, etc…
