Teams of 3 will have 1 person run 200 meters while the other 2 are working on slam ball and box jumps
when the runner returns everyone shifts; keeping a continuous count. if you have a team of 4 you will always have
2 people running at a time. When they return they will pick-up on the other movements. Each time the pair returns they
will work on the other skill.
