WOD…March 31st…Back Squat!

CrossFit Kids

Strength – Back Squat – 20 minutes to find 1 rep max with perfect form.  Coaches will verify final lift based on full range of motion (hip crease below your knees and full extension at the top).  Don’t go for a max rep that is sub-par or you won’t be able to make an accurate comparison at the end of this strength cycle.


15 min AMRAP

5 – Squat Snatch – 115/75#

10 – Push-up

15 – DU
