CrossFit Kids

Strength – Pendlay rows – 5-5-5-5-5 increasing weight with each set

Complete the following for time:

20 – HSPU

30 – Burpees

40 – Calorie Row

50 – Sit-up

60 – Air Squats

Once the Air Squats are completed, work your way back through the list starting with sit-up.
