Skill 2 – HSPU – 10 min max unbroken with a 45 second rest

Usually they help you, but today they are  trying to stop you.  

12 min AMRAP

 Person 1 – 40 PGTOH – 45/35#

Person 2 rope climbs.  

When the PGTOH are completed the climber must stop and switch

Score is total number of rope climbs completed.  5 HOH is mod for rope climb.
