18 Minute AMRAP
Each team member will be doing one of the exercises (teams of 4, the 4th person will be doing a plate hold). Each time the person on the rower reaches 20 calories, everyone shifts to the next movement. Be sure to keep consecutive counts on the Killer Ropes and Weighted step-ups. Score equals total calories rowed + total reps on killer rope + total weighted step-ups.
