CrossFit Kids

Strength – Back Squat – Warm up to 65% of 1 rep max and then complete 5 x 5


“Flight Simulator”

5-10-15-20-25-30- 35-40-45-50-45-40- 35-30-25-20-15-10-5

Double Unders 

Each set must be unbroken, if you trip or stop you restart the set you’re on (on the sets of 40/45/50/45/40 you get 5 “trips” total without having to restart)

Modification for this workout is 2 singles for each double

30 minute time cap
