Strength – Strict Press – Warm up to 65% of 1 rep max and then complete 5 x 5

Tabata squats

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. There is no rest between exercises.  Score is total calories and reps combined for all 32 intervals.
