Strength – Back Squat – warm-up to 60/70% of 1 rep max and then complete 5 x 5

10 – Bar Facing Burpees

15 – Front Squat – 95/65#

20 – C2B Pull-up

At the 5 minute mark add weight and complete the following for time:

25 – Push Press – 135/95#

75 – DU or 2 to 1

25 – Cal row

75 – DU or 2 to 1

25 – Push Press

25 min cap
