Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest where the:
First 8 intervals are Mountain Climber (both legs = 1)
Second 8 intervals are Pushups
Third 8 intervals are Situps
Last 8 intervals are Squats
There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals.
Unlike previous Tabata workouts were we have taken the high and low you will keep a continuous count throughout and there will not be rest between movements.
