Skill/WU – 3 Rounds of 200m row – 10 KB swings (pick weight) – KB TGU 5 per side (pick a weight)


EMOTM for 16 minutes of:

6 Deadlifts 225/155 (odd minutes)

6 Pull-ups (even minutes)

AMRAP deadlifts on minute 17

AMRAP pull ups on minute 18

Score is total Pull-up and DL completed in minute 17 and 18

If not RX, choose a weight that allows you to, with difficulty, get through the 16 minutes.
