WOD November 15th – Every 2 Min

Skill wu 10 min. cycle of following exercises: 20 mountain climbers, 10 slam balls, 5 burpees, 200 meter row

Core Work: 30 seconds Russian Twists, 30 seconds ab mat sit ups, 30 seconds rest x 3

 

WOD – For 7 Rounds

Row 200/150

5 burpees (RX+ add one burpee each round)

RX+ will finish with row + 11 burpees

***The goal is to really push the cardio so row should be a controlled sprint

***If more people than rowers, fast rowers team up and one starts on off minute
