WOD November 1st- CrossFit Total

General Warm-up- Start light lifting as warmup for CrossFit Total

CrossFit Lifting Total- Work up to one rep Max’s.  Use class time wisely in order to finish.

Max Back Squat

Max Strict Press

Max Deadlift

***List Max lift of each discipline separately, final score is combined total of each max lift. These max lifts will be used for upcoming Strength Cycle so document them for future use.

***Partner or triple up and be strict with squat depth and Form on lifts***

(Time CapPlease be respectful  and have last lifts done in time to be cleaned up by scheduled end of class.)
