5k…CrossFit Style. We will run to the 1,600 meter mark 3x, plus one additional 200m run to complete 5k.
Each round stop at the following locations and perform the following movements:
Gym- 20 burpees to start each run
200m- 40 mountain climbers (L+R=2)
400m- 30 jumping jacks
800m- 20 air squats
1,600m- 10 push-ups
Do not stop to perform movements on the way back to the gym (only on the way out to the 1,600m mark)
