Strength – 15 min to find today heavy Snatch single
Every min on the minute for 20 minutes
Even min – 30 sec. row for meters
Odd min – 3 reps of Snatch at 70-80% of today’s heavy single (can be power or full)
Score = weight used and total meters rowed
