WOD…Oct 19th…OHWL!

Strength – Beginning a new strength cycle that will include Back Squat – Strict Press – Deadlift, this week we will be finding our 1 rep max for each. 20 minutes to 1 find 1 rep max on Back Squat. Your coach will demonstrate how to properly bail on a failed attempt or you will use a spotter on each side.
50’ – Walking overhead lunge – 45/35#
21 – Burpees
18 min cap
