Strength – Warm-up to ~75% or heavy but controlled with good form, of 1 rep OHS max then complete 5×5 at that weight

WOD

12 min ascending rep scheme – 2, 4, 6, 8, 10…….

Thruster – 115/75#

Push-up

So, 2 thrusters and 2 push-up, 4 thrusters and 4 push-up, etc…

Score = 12 + 12 + 2 = 12 thrusters and 12 push-up’s + 2 additional thrusters
