Strength – Snatch balance from the rack – 3 warm-up sets and then complete 5 x 5 at a moderately heavy weight.

250m followed by 2 minutes rest
With 2 min of rest every row should be a sprint
If more than 12 athlete’s, partner up; as each person will be able to complete their 250 within the 2 minute rest.
