WOD…Oct 9th…Partner!

Warm-up – Coaches choice
In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time complete the following:
200 – Wall Balls
600 meter overhead plate carry (45/25# plate) – if mixed team you will have to carry your plate while resting your overhead position (other person working)
200 – Push-up
600 meter overhead plate carry (to the 400 and back + the 200 and back)
Each time you switch on the carry it will cost your team 3 burpees – to be completed on your return by both members of the team
*plate carry is 2 handed and fully extended overhead.
30 min cap
